Hi, I’m Juhi — a psychologist and counsellor with over 10 years of experience. Over the years, I’ve worked with people navigating anxiety, emotional turbulences, relationship challenges, as well as clinical diagnoses. Whether you're adapting to a new environment or an identity shift as a parent, a partner, a caregiver; feeling burnt out at work, dealing with distractibility, or simply stuck in cycles that no longer serve you — my work focuses on making sense of what you’re going through, uncovering patterns, and working together to build tools that help you move forward with clarity and intention.
